And humid!

This photo seems to evoke supernatural vibes...my own blurb has that element, as well as the others I've read already. This has a different twist with the statue looking like the MC, the mystery regarding the death of the parents, and then the "voice." So many different ways you might go with this, Susan. Nice! I'd read it...I want to find out if she's really hearing a voice, or if she's mentally unbalanced. Either way, cool story.Lisa Ricard Clarohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05048410207952052295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643125597753622858.post-18880021876007401162011-07-22T12:35:19.056-04:002011-07-22T12:35:19.056-04:00I like the way you've set the story up and I&#...I like the way you've set the story up and I'm dying to know "What The Statue Told Her". I think the title works quite well, although I also find myself struggling with those.

When Steven King wrote The Shining, he titled it The Hotel Story. He claims that authors shouldn't worry about titles, because publishers have folks who come up with those. Since there haven't been any publishers beating down my door, I'm still coming up with my own. lolGrandma's Goulashhttp://www.grandmas-goulash.infonoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643125597753622858.post-79584346206830922862011-07-22T11:10:59.859-04:002011-07-22T11:10:59.859-04:00Hi Susan, wow! With so many doing their family histories these days, and the statue looking just like Aubrey, it would be a sure fire bestseller.

I usually do okay with the titles, but not always the endings ... I ran out of words this week, but gave the idea that if Ariel knocks over a precious statue, she would be in trouble.

Kathy M.Oregon Gifts of Comfort and Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07171271956883698673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5643125597753622858.post-31704877433251589972011-07-22T10:46:25.660-04:002011-07-22T10:46:25.660-04:00Oooh!
